Julianna turns 2!

Here are just a few shots of Julianna's 2nd birthday.  We didn't do anything big; just a backyard BBQ for family.  I can't believe my precious little girl is 2!  Time really does fly!  I never knew it until having kids. But I seriously love every minute of it.
She got so excited when she realized everyone was singing for her!

Last year she wasn't a fan of her cake.  This year she LOVED her cupcakes!  Love you sweet little princess!

Girls on the Run 5k

Here are some pictures of my sweet friend Hannah and I running a 5k recently.  How much do you love our matching braids? :)  Sorry to all the random people who are also in the pictures.  There were so many runners that Hannah and I had to run through sagebrush half the time to get around them.  Can't wait for the next one, Hannah!
Before the race, all smiles (and tatoos!)

So many people, we were tripping over them!

matching french braids!

the final stretch!

At the end, still smiling!  We ran it in about 31 mins.  Not too bad considering we started out so stinkin' slow!  So much fun, Hannah!

Easter

Hmmm. Am I seriously JUST posting pictures from Easter?  Yes, yes I am.  Anyhow, this was Julianna's first time doing an Easter Egg Hunt.  She is so stinkin' cute!  Thanks Grandpa and Grandma for setting it up!

Sweet, sweet Jenna

Playdate with the Ericksons

So Jeff and I used to say we wanted to have six kids.  (This was before we actually had any kids.) Last Saturday our dear friends came to hang out for the day and Jeff and I were able to see what it was like to have six kids.  It was so fun; making cookies, playing outside with Josiah, lunch, and going to the park.  But we had a little discussion after that and decided that six is super fun... once in a while.  We are going to stick with 2-4.  Bless you all that have six.  I would love to have that energy!  (Ok spill the beans... What is your secret?)
Here are some of our favorites:

Elk Feeding Station

Hi friends!  A few weeks ago we got the chance to go check out the elk at the Elk Feeding Station.  (Not super exciting to me, but certainly one of my husbands favorite things...) :) (Side note, we went shed antler hunting at this same place a couple years ago and I got rattled at by a rattle snake.  Super fun.)  Since we made reservations early, Jeff and Julianna, along with the rest of our group, were able to go out in the truck that feeds the elk.  Here are a few shots:

Outside Fun in Feb

Hey friends! It's almost the middle of March, how time flies! Little Jenna is growing like a weed and Julianna loves being a big sis (most of the time). :) Here a few of us playing outside, Julianna's favorite thing to do!
I couldn't resist! :)
Here we are in my birthday present. Thank you Mom and Dad and my sweet husband!

Thank you sweet Nita for the jammies!  We both love them!!

There was a day that although it was chilly, the weather was nice and sunny, so we bundled up the girls and took them to the park.  She loves playing with her daddy!

And here are some of us just goofing around at home:

she went and got the blanket out of Jenna's carseat and put it on like a poncho, so cute!
And even though these look so horrible of me (I had JUST woken up), they are so cute of my little sweetheart, so I had to include them! :)  She loved seeing me take the picture and them look at it on the screen.

As always, love you my very sweet, precious girls!
